Language on signs

In England there are written signs everywhere. 

Do you understand the signs in English? 

Here are some of them, and some important words pointed out

Assembly? 

except cycles- Does it mean bikes can go there or not?

Prohibited?
Can the motorbikes stay here or not? 

 

What place is it with that kind of sign on its door? ;) 

...and this sign included ?   towels for dogs !! ;D

Residential?  Resident? 

Recycle?  waste? 

Dogs kept on leads? 

Penalty? Penalty fine? 

Spaces reserved? 

Parents drop and collect children ?
